30 DAY RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the day it's received to return your helmet. 

Should you have issues with the fit of your helmet, you may exchange or refund it provided the helmet is unused and in it's original condition. Please send the helmet back to us with all accessories and components and in the original packaging. Please include a document with your name and order number in the box. 

Return shipping and re-shipping of a new helmet (if applicable) is at the expense of the customer. We will not accept helmets that are returned COD. We encourage you to read our Fit Guide closely before ordering.

Please notify us at info@sandboxland.com with your name, order number and the return tracking number once the helmet is shipped.

We will notify you when we receive your helmet and advise when the new helmet is shipped (if applicable).
