You have 30 days from the day it's received to return your helmet.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO RETURN SHIPPING. PLEASE EMAIL INFO@SANDBOXLAND.COM FOR DIRECTIONS.
Should you have issues with the fit of your Sandbox product, you may exchange or refund it provided the product is unused and in it's original condition. Please send the product back to us with all accessories, packaging, etc.
Return shipping and re-shipping of a new item (if applicable) is at the expense of the customer. We will not accept products that are returned COD.
We encourage you to read our Fit Guide and all product details closely before ordering.
We will notify you when we receive your returned item and advise when the replacement item is shipped (if applicable).
Please include a copy your Name, Order Number and RA# (to be provided by Sandbox) in the box.
Notify us at email@example.com with your order number and the return tracking number, once your return is shipped back to us.
